Normally we deliver within 2-3 working days in Germany - if article is in stock. For all other articles the delivery time given in our article description and our automatically generated order confirmation.
Delivery to other countries can take up to 5 working days (depends on courier)!

The delivery time starts after all technical questions have been solved and our customer has fulfilled his responsibilites like doing payment or sending us a copy of his passport and so on,

Armamentarium delivers EXW, which means that the delivery costs have to paid by our customers. If you are ordering for more than 200,- € (except freight charge) and your delivery adresse is within Germany we pay the transport costs. People from all other countries always have to pay it by themselves.

Because freight charge for some article  (like cannons, furniture, often tents or chests)s are always more expensive than sending a package, please do ask for delivery costs before ordering. For those articles the delivery costs can not be calculated by our shop system exactly. So we are going to send you a second personalised email in which we inform you about the real delivery costs if orderiong some of those special items.

COD (cash on delivery) deliveries are possible in Germany only!

Armamentarium has the right to choose the courier or spedition. Normally we use DHL or Hermes.
