Our european customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after date of delivery. Customers who do not have a german delivery adress, have to pay the return delivery by theirselves and without claim of refund.

The returned goods have to be in unused and excellent reselling conditions. If not Armamentarium has the right to decline the right of withdrawal. 14 days after the date of delivery a return is impossible.

The right of withdrawal expires earlier if the customer has given us order to begin our services before the goods have been delivered - for example if articles are custom made.

The following products and services from our sortiment do not have a right of withdrawal:

a) custom and/or made-to-measure products 
b) food and drinks of any kind
c) Cutlery & drinking vessels
d) underwear
e) products in the sale
f) price reduced products of low-grade quality (will be marked!)
g) products which are sold per meter
h) cannons and furniture

If the return shipment is insufficent postpaid Armamentarium has the right to refuse the return delivery. The right of withdrawal expires immediately!

Commercial customers do not have a right of withdrawal in accordance to the german law (BGB §§ 312 ff.).
